Program outline
This unit intends to prepare participants for the assessment and introduces them to the basics of emotional intelligence, why it is important, and the first practices to increase self-awareness.
We use Genos’(R) Emotional Intelligence assessment tools to provide individual feedback and a 360-degree view of how participants are perceived by their peers and team members. This tool provides an extensive report which will be debriefed in a separate one-on-one session with one of our facilitators or coaches.
This workshop is designed to help teams improve collaboration by increasing self-awareness and improving relationships through applied emotional intelligence. The facilitators will lead the group through a series of activities that help move from a place of tension, conflict, and ambiguity to one of increased trust, understanding, and productivity.
We offer individual coaching as a follow-up to help implement new learnings and develop emotional intelligence. Our coaching is an individualized, confidential process that supports individuals in creating awareness, improving communication, and strengthening relationships with professional guidance, providing a safe space to share thoughts and discuss challenges.
Who should attend?
This program is designed for teams that want to create stronger relationships and advance their collaboration skills within the team and beyond. The recommended size of teams is 4-20 participants.
Our one-on-one coaching is designed for managers and leaders who want to improve their emotional intelligence, create stronger skills and relationships, and excel in their leadership.
