- Be able to create a development plan for a team member or candidate.
- Gain an understanding of the dynamics in your teams and know how to set up a team building or development plan.
- Understand what areas in your leadership need to be developed to manage the team you lead effectively.
Program outline
We use the Profile XT(™) assessment tool to provide feedback on an employee’s or candidate’s behavioral traits and cognitive abilities in order to determine their fit into a proposed position and create a personal development plan. Managers can receive a profile of their team and understand their dynamics and the important areas they would want to address in terms of (self)development.
The assessment provides a detailed report on the participants’ behavioral traits in teams and individual relationships and their personal thinking and reasoning styles. In a strategy session, we help you identify the best candidates for a position or create a development plan for the person or team assessed as well as their manager.
