Program outline
We work with different assessment tools depending on our coachees’ individual needs and challenges to provide individual feedback and a 360-degree view of how peers and team members perceive them.
Before starting the engagement, we examine the goals of the coaching engagement together with the coachee and their stakeholders. We will set long-term objectives, define success criteria, and find ways to measure progress.
In 12 sessions over a time frame of 6 months, the lead candidate and their coach work on identifying areas that need improvement and work out tailored solutions to increase their effectiveness.
The follow-up session after approximately 6 months after ending the main engagement is a chance to reevaluate the leadership development of the candidate, give feedback and identify new areas that they might like to address.
