Program outline
We work with different assessment tools depending on our coachees’ individual needs and challenges to provide individual feedback and a 360-degree view of how peers and team members perceive them.
The follow-up session after approximately 6 months after ending the main engagement is a chance to reevaluate the development of the candidate, give feedback and identify new areas that they might like to address.
In 12 sessions over a time frame of 6 months, the candidate and their coach work on identifying areas that need improvement and work out tailored solutions to increase their effectiveness.

quality assurance and has been developing interdisciplinary and cross-cultural teams on 4 different continents. Being an ICF-certified coach and facilitator with a background in engineering and science, she understands the challenges and needs of our clients as an organization, team, or individual.
